Alejandro’s cybersecurity passion ignited during his IT days in British Columbia. Rather than just defend systems, he immersed himself in Offensive Security training to decode attackers’ tactics.

But as an entrepreneur, he spotted a flaw: U.S. firms paid $150k+ for basic roles, while LATAM and Eastern Europe’s battle-hardened experts—skilled against ransomware, banking trojans, and state hacks were overlooked due to geography.
